Tony has been in bands with the Murray's since he was 14 and was the original drummer in Fast Cars, although he left twice,
most recordings feature him except "This old heart of mine" on "Coming ... ready or not!!"
Tony has used various kits throughout his career, but on most of our recordings it has been Premier, although some tracks he used a Pearl.
He recently used a Premier Ginister, which can be heard on the Detour single "Best Friend" and the current album "Well... you started it."
Tony has changed his stage kit to one made by D W (Drum Workshop Inc. of Oxnard,California, USA). He bought it from Chris Johnson who runs Scheerers Drum Shop in Leeds in 2005.
Tony is divorced with a son and still lives in the Pendlebury area of Manchester.
